Lent
This year for Lent, in addition to giving up getting drunk, I am making a conscious decision to Trust God with the things in my life that give me high anxiety.  I have a couple major things that I am unhappy with and they tend to keep me wound in a constant state of worry and anxiety.  For Lent, I am giving those to God.  Every time I stress about them, I am imagining climbing up a hill,...

I signed up for a 10 mile run in may. What’s funny is I hadn’t really run since high school. Yesterday I started with 3 miles to get ready. It wasn’t too bad so here’s hoping I stay on course (no pun intended?).
